Dear Stansted Airport Team, I wanted to share an unforgettable story from July/August 1996. A group of 100 high school students from Yakutsk, Russia, including myself, were stranded at Stansted Airport due to a charter flight no-show. The Airport's Exceptional Support. The airport's response was remarkable. You provided emergency accommodation in the gym and food for our three-day delay. I'm especially grateful to the Public Affairs Executive (whose name I unfortunately forgot) who accompanied our group throughout our stay. Her kindness and care made a lasting impact. Twenty-eight years later, I still appreciate the airport's compassion and dedication. Thank you, Stansted Airport, for opening your hearts and doors to us. Sincerely, Vladimir Ivanov
