There are two type of recruiters in tech. There are internal recruiters who work in house and external recruiters at agency who are paid a commission by the company to staff an extremely urgent role. 80% of the positions in tech haven’t even been posted yet, because everybody procrastinates doing work they and there’s nothing a refuting hates more than posting up jobs. Job Title :  Head - Product Planning & Management (EV) Location : #Gurgaon Experience : Minimum 15+ Years Role Overview: As a Product Head you will be considered as the ‘owner’ or ‘champion’ of the product and will be responsible for the strategy, road map, and feature definition for that product or product family. In this role you will analyse market and competitive conditions and lay out a product vision that is differentiated and delivers unique value based on customer demands. Your role will span many activities from strategic to tactical and provides cross-functional communication, bridging gaps within the company between different functions; most notably between engineering-oriented teams, sales and marketing, and support. Responsibilities o  Designing the core consumer experience and ensuring delivery of that experience in every aspect of the products for each product segment o  Manage Lifecycle of the product by defining and owning the upgrades, technology updates and variants for all products under the product segment o  Work in close coordination with Product Ideation, Design, Vehicle Engineering, Software and Manufacturing engineering, Program Management through the entire development journey to define the product development imperatives in line with planned concept o  Ensure achievement of product lifecycle volume and margin expectation across lifetime of each product o  Review product performance critically and partner with sales, marketing, service and quality to ensure that product continuously improve to meet market expectations or deliver margin expectations o  Ensure close coordination between the above groups to resolve any trade-offs / conflicts for ensuring alignment with planned concept o  Plan for feature refreshes / next wave of development based on customer feedback and continue to iteratively improve the product.
