One of the best parts of my week is the hour I spend with my clients in our group session. Creating magic! I LOVE 💓 this weeks topic because it's WIN WIN WIN for EVERYONE! 1. Attitude and commitment to serving others are foundational to your success as a leader and professional. 2. When you approach each interaction with the intention of uplifting and empowering those around you, you unlock a level of influence and impact that goes far beyond your own goals. 3. This mindset shift - from self-interest to genuine service - is a genuine game-changer. 🥅 Adopt an 'others-first' attitude and it really will transform your relationships and your results. #GIVERSGAIN #leadershipdevelopment #personalgrowth #confidence #impressionofincrease #employeedevelopment #training #coaching

What does this quote mean to you? I interpreted it as the difference between pursuing pleasure in the short term, perhaps through obtaining material possessions vs the unparalleled fulfilment of finding your true calling. Having formed The Lonely Leader and become a coach, trainer and mentor I have found that calling. Helping people on a daily basis has given me such a deep sense of fulfilment. I love learning and growing so that I am better placed to support the growth and development of others! #leadershipdevelopment #thelonelyleader #highperformance #professionaldevelopment

Frederic Hudson was a leader in the area of adult learning and #leadership coaching. He was the founding President of the Hudson Institute of Coaching. His basic notions of change underline my #coaching sessions; 1️⃣ Our life is not linear. 2️⃣ If we accept the 'rule' of #continuouschange, we can stop imagining that we will reach a stable, crystallized and predictable state. 3️⃣ To keep up with change, we must rely on what we have inside us, on what we #believe. 4️⃣ Whatever our age, we must continue to learn. As a coach, I am especially interested to help people facing #midlife #transition to find their #strengths and #deeperself. So, if you are facing change, following a new situation, career change or any other challenge, please do not hesitate to contact me for a free session so we can develop a coaching plan. fanny@changewithme.org #lifecoaching #careercoaching #personaldevelopment #professionaldevelopment #transition

I still remember the coaching conversation 20 years ago where I realized how important choice is to absolutely everything about work and life. At the risk of being overly simplistic, I'd now say there are two kinds of people in this world: people who realize they have choices and people who don't. People who don't see they have choices over time become more and more fearful, disempowered, and trapped. They behave in controlling and transactional ways. People who see they have choices over time become more and more flexible, creative, and resourceful. They behave in relational and curious ways. I say this knowing that NOT everyone has the same access to choice. Eliminating choice is one way we take power away from each other. How are you acting to increase the number of choices you have in your life? How do you increase the choices others have? When is it better to have fewer choices? #IAMX #TrueSelfLeadership #ConsciousLeadership #Choices #Empowering Leadership #RelationalIntelligence

When you feel like your current tasks are an interruption to your 'real' goals, interrupt your frustration with a simple question: How is this 'on the way' and not 'in the way'? Rather than have resentment for the current responsibilities, how can you cultivate gratitude for them? How are they growing your skills? How are they building connections and networks for you? How is it a stepping stone towards what you truly want to do? When you can't change the circumstances, you can always change your perception or your procedure. #stressmanagement; #anxiety; #leadership; #selfleadership; #coaching; #emotionalintelligence; #growth; #change

Happy Saturday! 🌟 In an ever changing enviroment , emotional intelligence (EI) becomes a superpower. It’s not just about understanding others—it’s about recognizing and managing your own emotions to stay motivated and resilient. How can we use EI for motivation? 1️⃣ Self-Awareness: Reflect on what truly drives you and lean into it. 2️⃣ Adaptability: Embrace change with a problem-solving mindset. 3️⃣ Empathy: Surround yourself with people who inspire and uplift you. Motivation is like a muscle , it grows stronger with intentional effort and discipline #EmotionalIntelligence #Motivation #Leadership #WeekendReflection #coaching

What do you need to let go of? In pursuit of excellence, you may need to let go of friends, fun, and opportunities to achieve your dream. When sudden change happens, you may need to let go of old expectations, relationships, and most often… and old identity. Creating excellent and a new version of yourself is a step by step process. #mindset #coach #coachingcall #keynotespeaker #motivationalspeaker #inspirationalspeaker #inspiration #changemanagement #mentalhealth #resilience #leadership #vulnerability #conferencespeaker #eventplanning

Change is a beautiful thing, especially when it's on the inside! "The conversations we have drive change for me. Saying things out loud generates action, it moves things from the subconscious to the conscious. The things we have been talking about have been coming to life more and more." I only wish more people could understand what life can be like, rather what life can FEEL like on the other side of their most meaningful personal and professional growth. No man ever steps in the same river twice, for it's not the same river and he's not the same man - Heraclitus #coaching #leadership #selfawareness #growth #learning #gratitude #selfleadership #teamleadership #teamcoaching #personalgrowth #personaldeveloment
