For colleagues who wish to join the European Master Molecular Pathology, ESP is offering a Scholarship! This is for attending a 2-year MSc programme organised by the Université Côte d'Azur. Classes take place online and onsite in various European cities. True, this MSc is demanding and requires some serious commitment (speaking from personal experience 😅 😅 😅 ), but the outcome is excellent especially for those who did not receive much training in #MolPath during their #pathology #residency.
Applications for the ESP Scholarship for attending the European Master Molecular Pathology (EMMP) are now open! ESP is offering to a selected few support to attend this 2-year MSc Programme! For information about both the MSc and the ESP Scholarship, please visit the ESP website: https://lnkd.in/eDBsZmCa #pathology #education #molecularpathology #MolPath #MSc

How is gross done in histopathology. I am a medical technologist at Al Kawsar today will discuss an important topic, which is histopathology "Histopathologics Examining the structure of tissue with the help of a microscope. Plays an important role in diagnosis. Today I will show the work of this method. "So let's not get them started on the invisible world of histopathology This tumor has been developed in our lab from the hospital through prevention. Tumorgong time sending in a container with formalin. This tumor was created in the bone. #medicallaboratoryscience #histopathology #medical

🔬 H&E Staining of Kidney Tissue: Insight into Histological Analysis As part of my ongoing experience in biomedical science, I recently performed Hematoxylin and Eosin (H&E) staining on kidney tissue samples. This process allows us to visualize tissue structure and cellular details, providing critical insights into normal versus pathological conditions. H&E Staining Hematoxylin and Eosin staining is a commonly used technique in histology for highlighting the various structures of tissues. The hematoxylin stains cell nuclei blue/purple, while the eosin counterstains the cytoplasm and extracellular matrix pink. This dual staining helps differentiate between the tissue components, making it easier to identify normal and abnormal histological structures. The Importance of H&E Staining in Kidney Analysis: Kidney tissue requires detailed examination because of its complex structure, including glomeruli, tubules, and blood vessels. Staining provides a clearer view of: Glomeruli: The circular, tuft-like structures responsible for blood filtration. Renal tubules: The segments involved in the absorption and secretion process in urine formation. Vascular components: Offering insight into blood flow through the kidney. By utilizing this staining technique, the kidney’s structure becomes vividly clear under the microscope, enabling the identification of abnormalities like fibrosis, inflammation, or glomerular damage, which can indicate diseases like chronic kidney disease. #Histology #H&EStaining #BiomedicalScience #KidneyResearch #Pathology #LaboratorySkills
