Costa Coffee run for the team before we take some time together and reflect on Q2 - What a Quarter is has been! ☕️ 🙌🏼 Our 'Quarterly Review' is a chance for us to stop, sit back and look into what we have actually achieved. I'll be talking through everything we've achieved and breaking down what has been done. Lot's of positives and a breakdown on where the business is up to for the year so far. Integro Partners also use this time to discuss ideas, improvements, some big shout outs and well done's but also a plan for Q3 and remainder of the year. An 'Open Forum' which also gives everyone a chance to ask questions, make suggestions and have an open chat as a team about anything that is important to them. Question time! Be nice guys! Of course there are always bit's to improve on and maybe things that could have been done a little bit better, but it's rare we take a moment to just talk things through and analyse what has actually been done. It's a chance to recognise results, highlight achievements and be proud of what we are doing. At the half way mark of 2024, we still have a long way to go but proud of the achievements so far and looking forward to seeing what else can be achieved across our team. 💪🏽
