This is great advice for anyone looking to deliver a project in a large organisation and especially if you’re driving to drive a customer centric program. Find the shiny high profile project in your organisation and figure out how to add value to it. This was one of the many pearls of wisdom from my recent chat with Khachig Kabakjian on the Customer Smarts Podcast. It was crucial in helping him scale a customer centric engagement program for Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore and then roll it out across to many other markets across Asia and Africa.
