Clifton Reserve Shines Bright with HMX Lighting! 🏈✨ Every night, the Clifton Reserve transforms into a buzzing hub of activity as players from the Canning Vale Senior Football Club hit the field for practice and competition. Surrounded by serene suburban streets, this ground is where dreams are chased and victories are won. In early 2021, the CVSFC realized their existing lighting setup wasn't cutting it. Constant maintenance issues with old HID fittings were casting shadows over their games. But they didn't just want a fix; they aimed higher, opting to upgrade to high-performance HMX LED fittings boasting an L70 rating of 60,000 hours. This meant not only meeting Australian Standards but promising longevity for years to come. With a focus on efficiency and longevity, the club decided to retain their existing light poles, albeit with some necessary upgrades. By relocating drivers to ground level and ensuring compliance with lighting standards to minimize glare and light spill, the new HMX setup promised not just brighter nights but safer ones too. Here are 3 tips to help you get a lowball offer accepted: 1. The property should be on the market for at least 60-90 days. 🤔 What’s the Best AVM to Use? We get this question all the time! In Q3, AVMetrics independently tested 24 models, but our GIF highlights only the 13 models that ranked at the top of the MPTs. Importantly, at least 11 AVMs shouldn't be anyone’s first choice anywhere. Remember, AVM vendors and resellers are not independent referees; independent testing is the only way to truly understand how AVMs perform. This past quarter, we witnessed several models retire and new ones introduced. The landscape changes rapidly—don’t rely on results from last year or even earlier this year. In fact, you can’t even trust last quarter’s results! While it may seem straightforward from a map showing just one AVM in each county, it’s crucial to recognize that AVMs have different strengths.
