The Bus Dilemma: A Glimpse into Customer Service Recently, in a rush to reach work, I hurried to catch a bus. As I approached the bus stop, a dispute ensued between two bus conductors, each competing for my attention to board their bus. Opting for the first one who approached me, I soon found myself on board, only to be confronted by a rude bus conductor who demanded more money than agreed upon initially. This incident prompted me to reflect on how some individuals or organizations can display kindness and accommodation to attract us, only to alter their behavior once we become customers.
