"Peter F. Drucker often advised leaders to chase after results and not popularity if they wanted to be effective. According to Peter, ‘leadership is defined by results and not attributes.’ I totally agree with his sentiments on leadership as a firm believer in results-driven leadership. This has been a guiding principle in supporting my team and steering the organisation in the right direction by making sure we all work towards the same direction despite our different roles as a team. Every individual part of the organisation has one single purpose, which is to ensure the activities we are engaged in are pointing towards achieving the organisational objectives. This has been my key strategy in supporting my team at Literacy and Adult Basic Education. My approach has yielded results as we further enhance our work in Northern Uganda and West Nile for meaningful impact in literacy education. #Literacy #Education #SustainableDevelopment #EffectiveLeadership

To promote SDGs, leadership and good governance is required. Unfortunately, what many understand as leadership is the positional type where one person stays in front and others follow. From our Masterclass at SDSN Youth Nigeria, we now understand that: 1. You don't need a position to lead. Leadership is identifying a problem and taking steps to solve that problem. 2. Effective leadership is making positive change. If there are no changes, you're not doing something right. Developing our leadership capacity is essential for good governance and creating a sustainable future. Let's take action today. #SDGs #SDSNYOUTHNIGERIA

From Workshops to Workforces, From Ideas to Impact. As I stepped into the AUSP Leadership Workshop, I carried with me the dreams of my community and the vision of an Africa where leadership isn’t just a title, it’s an action. Over two transformative sessions, we unraveled strategies to Transform Our World, aligned with Agenda 2030 and Agenda 2063: The Africa We Want. We spoke not just of policies but of purpose, not just of leadership but of legacy. This certificate symbolizes more than participation, it signifies a commitment to growth, collaboration, and the belief that young leaders like us are the architects of tomorrow’s world. The takeaway; "When we develop leaders, we create movements. When we empower movements, we build nations." And this is only the beginning. Thank you, AFRICAN UNION STUDENTS PLATFORM. for igniting this spark. Now it’s time to set the world ablaze. 🔥 #LeadershipInAction #Agenda2063 #YouthEmpowerment #TheAfricaWeWant #TransformingOurWorld

Just returned from an incredible youth leadership training in Zambia where we explored what it means to raise a generation of leaders after God's own heart. We had a deep dive into life-purpose discovery, developing missions and visions that can transform both the church and society. It was powerful to witness young leaders align their hearts and actions for lasting impact! We also cast the Charis Global Agenda 2033—a call for every one of us to engage in transformation by contributing our gifts and capacities. Leadership isn't just about titles, it's about building like saints with a heart for service and change. Together, we can shape the future of Africa and beyond. What will your part be in this global movement? #Leadership #PurposeDriven #YouthEmpowerment #AfricaTransformation #CharisGlobalAgenda2033

What is the role of young leaders in shaping the future of Africa ? Been thinking about this alot lately ,what we as youths are doing in the present and how much more we can do to ensure better governance strategies in the future. ✓The first step we should take in that direction as youths involves changing our mentality and attitude towards democratic processes such as voting because a changed Africa calls for a better leadership structure. ✓Allowing ourselves to give the fresh perspectives that we as young leaders have and taking part in the implementation process. ✓Being the change that we want to see.Making efforts towards learning more about governance and leadership and ways to deliver all that better . After all, it is the young minds that carry the torch of innovation and progress into the future. #leadership #youthempowerment
