"Our future pulls us more than our past pushes us... and time is just a tool." Loved getting to hear Benjamin Hardy, PhD, speak during our 2-day SaaS Academy immersion on the psychology of impossible goal setting today and delve into the idea that: We tend to live in the present based on what we have seen in the past, but achieving impossible goals happens when you have a clear vision of the future. So, we worked throughout our intensive to take some time to "shatter assumptions" rooted in a false frame today by: 1) Creating a 100% clear future vision. 2) Bringing 100% belief 100% of the time. 3) Questioning requirements. 4) Saying no to good to get to great. 5) Staying grateful you get to play the game. Appreciate all the coaches and founders walking this journey with us! Marcel Petitpas, Dan Martell, Johnny Page, Dev Basu, Michael Manzi, Matt Verlaque

Psychological safety leads to innovation and empowerment. Together with brilliant Magda Gawrońska, I had an opportunity to facilitate round the table discussion about embracing the failure at work. Well, the real title of the session was more explicit, but for the purpose of LinkedIn let’s keep my naming convention. 😉 The session took place as a part of a conference “Strategie HR”. We gathered around 30 participants, and we had very inspiring discussions about creating an organizational culture where failure is considered as a learning opportunity. Personally, I think that allowing people to explore ambiguous topics which inevitably connects to possibility of failure is key in todays world. We can’t be 100% compliant and only follow white books regarding all apsects of work. The speed, the cloud, AI, and modern ways of working requires us to explore unknown, experiment, and continuously learn. Thank you to all who joined us today and participated in the discussion! I appreciate a lot the great atmosphere and fruitful dialogue. 🙏

Our life is full of constant problems. But we can choose which problems we like to solve. I like to solve problems related to EdTech and people’s lives. Talking with many clients, I found three barriers/doubts that stop them (and me sometimes) from growth. 1/ Everything is always EXPENSIVE. Consider only cost and not cost/benefit/ROI. 2/ I'M NOT READY or it's not the BEST moment. I'm that person who can decide to postpone and wait. When something happens, then I will... It doesn't work. 3/ I DON'T UNDERSTAND/I DISAGREE. I sometimes don't understand the reasons for certain actions, for example, of my managers and mentors, and I disagree with them. It seems to me that I know more and better. But these people are where I want to be, and I'm not there yet. Maybe they do know something, and I need to listen to get there too, even if I disagree or don't know. There's a great word in English - open-minded. Thank you to everyone who came to the diagnostics last weekend, you inspired me to write this post and reminded me that we all have the same difficulties and fears. If you really want to join the August LinkedInPUMP group, which starts on August 7th, leave a comment under the post or write to me personally, and we will see with the team if we can expand the group.

Ever wondered how to find the perfect investor and what you should look out for? Entrepreneurship often feels like a tightrope act between belief and doubt, and partnering with the right investor can tip the scales in your favour. But with investors ranging from blindly loyal to relentlessly critical, how do you find your perfect match? Drawing from years of boardroom discussions and investor interactions, our Co-Founder Elliot Conway has identified eight investor types and unveiled "The C-Sweet Spot" for navigating this crucial decision. #Entrepreneurship #Investment #BusinessGrowth

Holysh*t, we just hit an 80K month. Creative Circle Collective has reached an incredible milestone: $80,000 in monthly revenue! 🎉 This journey has been wild, and I want to share some key insights: 1. Consistency is Key: Even on days when I’m not feeling it, I have to get up and run the business. It doesn’t matter if I’m stressed, the kids are sick, or it’s just a tough day. 🛌 ➡️ 🏃🏽♀️ Consistency is what keeps the momentum going. 2. Marathon, Not a Sprint: Running a business is a long-term commitment. 🏃🏽♀️ It’s about planting seeds, nurturing them, and investing time and effort consistently. 🌱🌿 3. Leverage Your Network: The connections you make will absolutely support you. 💬 I’m grateful for the amazing people in my network who push business my way, listen to my venting sessions, and believe in me even during tough times. 🤗 4. Trust Your Team: Trust is essential. 🙌 I have to rely on my team to execute our vision and deliver on our promises to clients. Trusting my team ensures that everything we produce reflects our core values and standards. 🎨✨ 5. Embrace Every Opportunity: Every interaction is an opportunity to learn and grow. 🌟 Trust takes time, and mistakes will happen, but each experience helps build a stronger foundation. 💪 Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey. Here’s to many more milestones ahead! 🥂🎉

After going through another move across the country, I've been reflecting on the early stages of starting a company. It's been an intense learning curve during these past four months, and I thought I'd share in case you're thinking about starting a company. TL;DR: DO IT A few lessons I've learned: 1️⃣ Vigilance is key. Many will offer assistance, but not all intentions align with your company's success. It's your company, and the success/failure is on you, and you alone in the early stages. (Always keep this in mind) 2️⃣ There will always be critics and doubters (myself included), but if you don't try you'll never know - the mantra for HomeTrendAi is: Not Trying is Failing. 3️⃣ Be easy on yourself, breathe/go for a walk/exercise, it doesn't happen over night. Anything that is worth it does not come fast or easy. Hopefully this will light the fire in at least one person to follow their passion. Thank you for coming to my TED Talk.

🎉 Celebrating 21 years on LinkedIn today! 🎉 Happy to share some gems 💎 from my professional journey during the past one year: 💡 I helped productize and bring to market one high-tech / deep-tech HW+SW+Electronics product, and one sports platform product. Smart people, great ideas, excellent execution. 🍀 Helped one customer to productize their specialist service in cyber security space. Very positive experience for me, thanks to the fun and dedicated team from the customer's side. 🙌 The project continues. 🧐 Took a critical look into one company's strategy and IT strategy and learned a lot about digitalization challenges in manufacturing industry. Good collaboration with the customer and feedback averaging 9/10. 👀 Searched and found a great product leader for one of our customers. Thank you Asmo Halinen for the team work. 😄 👨🏫 Delivered 10 HHJ/CBM course lecture days with Chambers of Commerce regarding efficient board work and strategy work with good participant feedback (~4/5). Thank you for your trust Mari Hakkarainen, Karoliina Korhonen, Tuula Rahikainen and Pirjo Kurki. And Thank you for inspiring discussions all the course participants! Currently going through the survey results from Kubernetes Community Days Zurich! Thank you to the 87 people who helped us improve our event. 🙌 Some feedback was a given, some was new, and some issues from last year didn’t come up again because we’ve already made improvements! Here are some highlights and questions for our community: 🌟 Highlights: - Overall Event Rating: 4.4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ - 95% are somewhat or very likely to attend our future events ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 📋 Feedback and Questions: - There’s still a debate between more vegan and more meat options. Should we consider vegan/meat instead of vegetarian next time to make everyone happy? - We will most certainly host KCD Rejects next year, but it will be very technical, aimed at those who felt the main event sessions weren’t technical enough. 💻🔧 - The biggest issue was, once again, the food queues (I agree!). But don’t worry. Viktor Farcic had a great idea for solving this next time! 🍽️🕒 Thank you all for your invaluable feedback and support. Let’s make the next KCD Zürich even better! 💪✨
