It's hard to believe that it's been a year since I took the leap and launched marketminds. In the last couple of days, I have been reflecting on this milestone, and I realized that last week in Boston, I unconsciously bought a "Just Do It" hat – and the more I think about it it's not a coincidence. It was my motto and mindset this past year. This journey has been about taking risks, embracing challenges, and constantly pushing forward. Along the way, I've found my true purpose: helping founders and helping companies scale. We’re really bad at talking about Ampliphy. So bad at it that founders like Ami Daniel and Michal Beinisch thought it was either “magic” or “complete bull$HiT” (we love you Ami!). What actually is it? Ampliphy is an operating system we built to service the hell out of our entrepreneurs, by automating serendipity and creating goodwill at scale. This software platform changes companies’ trajectories by mapping and navigating networks and providing unique access and connections to people, knowledge, companies, and insights. There’s an entire team at Aleph dedicated to improving the tools and products that fall under the Ampliphy umbrella, in order to map these networks, facilitate warm intros to investors and companies, help recruit top talent…and hopefully the video below will explain better than we can. Loved getting to hear Benjamin Hardy, PhD, speak during our 2-day SaaS Academy immersion on the psychology of impossible goal setting today and delve into the idea that: We tend to live in the present based on what we have seen in the past, but achieving impossible goals happens when you have a clear vision of the future. So, we worked throughout our intensive to take some time to "shatter assumptions" rooted in a false frame today by: 1) Creating a 100% clear future vision. 2) Bringing 100% belief 100% of the time. 3) Questioning requirements. 4) Saying no to good to get to great. 5) Staying grateful you get to play the game. * A Big Thank You * Many years back, I always wanted to make an impact in the world using the IT medium, because as young as I was, I always new a time will come where the only way to revolutionize in time is via IT. Far back as 1998, I already had access to computers, and its antiques, by virtue of my role model in the IT space. If there is one thing about him I admire more than his IT capacity, is "his passion and love for creation". In my past years he will say, you keep talking about how you intend to make a difference, have this IT skill and it will become a tool for your life success. The funny thing is I took it for granted, only to grow older and realise that i almost missed out on one of the most important phase of life and evolution via IT. I built my momentum by first undergoing a rigorous study on Digital/Affiliate Marketing, it was able to give me professional insights on a list of things, content writing, copy writing, landing page design, leads generation, etc.... But it still did not feel like what I wanted. So one day I decided, scrap the procrastination, I approached him and said I am ready to learn. That was the first time I really saw a bright smile on his face. It felt like a new world order just started. Then my journey into the IT world officially began, and till date I have not regretted the solemn decision which has brought me this far. I am now proud to say that I’m a Programmer, Product Manager, and Digital Affiliate Marketer, all in pursuit of building an entrepreneurial life that allows me to live the life I've always dreamed of. * Commendation * Being a solutions provider has been his biggest and most desired purpose in this industry, and this is the desirable impact he has left in my life, now I feel like the mantle has been handed down to me. I did not start on time, but so far the vision has become more clear as I forge ahead, to add I will not be stopping anytime in life. I realised from a game we both played in the earlier years, " Midtown Madness, where it says, slow and steady wins the race", I agree to the congesture that, it will only be delayed and not denied, so far you keep up with consistency, perseverance, and dedication to the art, and science in the IT space. He has built so many works I could mention, but I will list a few: ¤ Church Bag (St Dominics Catholic Church Account System) ¤ Nigeria's Shippers Council Site ¤ Kurinda, the list goes on. I really want to say a big thank you and how much I appreciate your never ending interest in impacting IT wisdom and all necessary knowledge required in my life.
