To be blunt - the majority of people aren't attuned to//aware of the details that come together to result in a positive experience. Things like: - Lighting - Location - Time//Length - I could go forever... heck even the direction the sun is facing at a specific time of day But ultimately one of the reasons why I love events is because they are a very flexible medium to achieve some sort of goal in a creative way. Things like: - Team building - Brand awareness - Growing your email list - Relationship building with target clients or investors - Driving revenue through bar//ticket sales The real ~art~ is constructing the experience to serve a purpose.

Most people think hiring an event planner is expensive. And I agree. Hiring a good event planner is not cheap. But the cost of not having one can be even higher. Here are few reasons why: - Time is Money: The right planner saves you hours of stress and uncertainty. Their experience means they anticipate challenges before they arise, ensuring everything stays on track. - Creative Vision: Your event should reflect your brand and values. A professional planner brings fresh ideas, ensuring your event is memorable for all the right reasons. - Risk Management: From last-minute changes to unexpected hiccups, a seasoned event planner knows how to handle it all. Their expertise minimizes risks, saving you from potential disasters. - Budget Management: A skilled event planner knows how to stretch your budget without compromising on quality. They have the connections and expertise to get the best deals and avoid costly mistakes Did you know? 40% of people who choose to plan their own events end up going over budget due to unexpected expenses and lack of industry knowledge. (Source: Eventbrite) So although the cost of hiring an expert in this field can be high, I am certain that the cost of not hiring one can be even higher. Would love to know your opinion 👇
