At HEBEI MAISHI, we take pride in our screen mesh, pivotal in this artistic process, allowing people to transfer intricate designs onto various surfaces with precision and elegance. Serigraphy, often known as silkscreen printing, is a captivating art form that dates back to ancient Chinese and Japanese stencil techniques. In the late 1930s, the term "serigraph" was coined with “seri” from the Latin word sericum (silk) and “graph” from the Greek word graphein (to write or draw). At HEBEI MAISHI, we continue to honor this tradition by crafting high-quality screen mesh that caters to the demands of modern Serigraph. HEBEI MAISHI offers a selection of polyester meshes, including 43T, 54T, 61T, 77T, and 90T. We understand the importance of selecting the right screen mesh for Serigraph, whether it's for a very heavy deposit with less emphasis on outline quality (18T-43T), a heavy deposit with good definition (43T-77T), or a thin deposit for extra-fine detail and fine lines (77T-140T). Our yellow mesh prevents light scattering, ensuring sharp stencil outlines. We invite you to explore the vibrant colors and boundless possibilities of screen printing. With HEBEI MAISHI by your side, you're not just choosing a screen mesh; you're choosing a partner in creativity and craftsmanship. Contact us to delve into the world of Serigraph. 👉 Chromolithography. This is a colour printing process that was popular in the 19th century. It produced vibrant and detailed images. It involves the use of multiple lithographic stones or plates that represent a different colour. The process.... A detailed drawing is created. This is transferred onto a flat stone, often limestone, using an ink that repels water. Stones are prepared in different colours, the layering of the colours forms the final image. The stones are printed on to a sheet of paper which is dampened and the ink adheres to the greasy part of the stone, this requires great precision. It was popular for producing posters and decorative items as it allowed for mass production of colourful images at a fairly low cost. #thepeoplesprinter #chromolithography

Wishing everyone a wonderful Easter weekend! 🐰🥚 This Easter, we played with Midjourney to generate a similar style to a risograph printing and here's how we could apply the prompt and reference image. You can try it on your chosen style and scenes too. Here's how we structure our prompt: What: Easter bunnies Where: Surrounded with easter eggs Style: Cartoon - If you have a reference image; The last step is to type the parameter -sref, and you could paste the reference image URL. Our prompt would looks like this: "easter bunnies surrounded with decorated easter eggs cartoon style --sref URL_risograph.png (image URL)" Fun Fact ⭐ The Risograph printing technique originated in Japan in the mid-20th century, developed by the Riso Kagaku Corporation. It was initially used for high-speed photocopying before evolving into a distinct printing method. A technique similar to digital screen printing that combines the principles of screen printing with the convenience of office copiers. It's known for producing vibrant colors and distinctive textures, often described as 'perfect imperfections'. This method is cost-effective and efficient for mass reproducing items like posters, prints, and zines. #generativeai #AIart #midjourney #risograph #graphicdesign #illustration #greetings #happyeaster #easter #bunnies #eastereggs

Work Hard - Play Hard🌟 Layered ink printing on plexi, enhanced with stunning light box wiring and an elegant black frame. Even the most seemingly basic projects are complex and beautiful! Layered ink printing involves our Arizona flatbed printing layer after layer to give images a 3-Dimensional appearance. Fine line work looks as crisp as ever, and more elaborate images can sometimes look like oil paintings! Light boxes will always enhance spaces, bringing warmth and light into rooms where overhead lighting may seem too harsh. All in all, we are obsessed with how these turned out! It reminds us to work hard and play hard. Thanks for looking, and we'll see you next time. As always, be limitless.
