Sophie walked the audience through why immersive and game-based learning can be so powerful, leading to results like 14% higher skill acquisition compared to traditional lectures and assignments. She then gave just a few examples of how we’ve used immersive learning to great effect, whether it’s for practical skills like evacuating a tunnel, or creating a psychologically safe space for learners to practise difficult conversations.
