Be the change and inspire others! We know that in many areas of our lives, women are underrepresented. While #GenAI is relatively new and was born at the age when we tirelessly try to close the gender gap, the research already shows that only a third of women incorporated GenAI into their lives as opposed to 54% of men. Fun fact: when trying to generate this "yes we can"-styled image with GenAI, I was given once a male in the result... We know well that the output of GenAI is as good as the information it learns on, and the prompts we put in, so this is the time to ensure women are properly represented in that area of our lives and work. And #internationalwomensday is not only for women - we all need to pitch in to make an impact, women and men, by encouraging others, setting the right example and actively advocating for gender diversity and inclusion.
