I’m not going to do one of those detailed ‘year in review’ posts….. Let’s just say it’s been a year of highs & lows, and while the market has been unpredictable, we’ve bucked the trend and had one of our best years yet. 🙌 As we step into 2025, here’s my advice…invest in your team. 😊Create a workplace where, on a Sunday, they’re thinking about the positives coming up in the week ahead. 💫Build a team that, when chatting with their friends or family, can’t help but share how proud they are to work for you. Before you look to hire externally, take a step back. 💡Is there someone in your team who, with the right support, could step up? And do you have the right senior leaders steering the ship, setting the tone for the rest of the business? Setting the tone of the right culture starts from the top with a visionary leadership team. A great workplace culture shows in what your team think & feel when they aren’t at work…the ideas they’re excited to bring to life, the pride they feel in being part of something bigger. We dived deep into performance and accountability - and one insight really stood out: accountability isn't just about punishment and reward.
