Content first then build a product. This isn't a one-size-fits-all assertion, but I believe there's a missed opportunity if you build a product first. Sharing content about topics you care about consistently on platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok can give you leverage to create subject matter expertise over time. This will organically build an audience that knows, likes, and trusts you. An engaged audience will eventually share ideas they believe you can execute and or be the first to provide feedback on your ideas. Social media is an avenue for obtaining feedback and insights at a cheaper rate than building a product/service first. Use the power of social media and your most engaged community members to crowdsource your next idea that you can monetize. Great post! "Over time" is the key part that stood out to me. It takes time to build trust and get feedback, but it's so worth it!
