Try to understand what's driving your customer's behaviors. For example, everyone has a customer who negotiates hard and seems to always want the cheapest rates possible. Do they really want the cheapest rates? Or, do they just want to feel like they won the negotiation? Both types of people exist and both need to be handled differently. If you don't know what's motivating your customer's behaviors, you aren't managing the account as effectively as you could. #freight #3pl #transportation
