We currently see a YTD average of 25.1% carrier re-utilization rate, a process in which a load <> carrier was matched, the carrier was sent a load, and the broker negotiated and booked it with them on Chaine. This is for transactional spot freight with no dedicated carrier procurement outside load boards. If you design your carrier sales funnel the right way, your carrier re-utilization rate will increase automatically.
