Review of "Creative Confidence" by Tom and David Kelley 📚 I recently completed reading "Creative Confidence," and it has made a significant impact on me 😍 Key Findings: > Being creative is a mentality that we can develop rather than a skill. > Innovation and progress depend on accepting failure. > Working with different teams encourages innovation and produces surprising results. For anyone who wants to improve their creative thinking, I heartily suggest this book. Read it? What do you think? 🗒 #ReviewofBook #InnovativeThinking #ProfessionalDevelopment

When your mission is to create change at scale, to make a real difference, you can choose to think much deeper and bigger than simply writing a book or creating a course... Those who've made the biggest impact in our lives, in our world, have changed the way we think about things, they've created a paradigm shift for us. So when you want to grow your business, shift yourself from an expert to a leader and grow your impact with a bigger audience START by shifting the paradigm you operate with. In just twelve months working with us you'll start by designing your own unique paradigm (a stand-alone mini workshop to test before committing yourself to the entire project) then testing it, refining it and capturing case studies and testimonials from a small number of your clients who pay you for your development work. We'll design, create, build and test your first online course and get it ready for launch AND you'll write your first draft of your book. In less than the time many people take to write a single book you'll have done all this because of the deep work you put into it upfront and because you are not doing it alone but are supported at every single stage of the process by us... Take a look at the plan for Y1 and bring me your questions https://lnkd.in/dU-y4BFn #publishingsuccess #paradigmshift #strategicgrowth

I’ve been reading Predictably Irrational by Dan Ariely, and here’s what I’ve learned: human decision-making is often far less rational than we assume. We’re influenced by hidden factors like emotions, social norms, and how choices are presented, even when we believe we’re acting logically. Understanding these irrational behaviors allows us to make better decisions and design strategies that align with how people truly think—whether in business, marketing, or everyday life. Have you read the book? I’d love to hear your thoughts or what you took away from it! #book #learning #insight #business #marketing

As you reflect on the image of a single book positioned in a wall of bricks🧱, 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁, consider this: 💡 Just like that 𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘭𝘦 𝘣𝘰𝘰𝘬, 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘢, 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨, 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘱𝘪𝘦𝘤𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘬𝘯𝘰𝘸𝘭𝘦𝘥𝘨𝘦 can be the catalyst for change in a person's life. It's a powerful reminder that even amidst a sea of uniformity, one new perspective can create a ripple effect leading to substantial transformation. In our professional journeys, we are often surrounded by 'bricks' – peers, routines, and established norms. Yet, it's essential to remember that embracing a unique thought or a novel approach, represented by the book in this wall, can break patterns and lead to innovation and growth. Today, I am attending a philosophy workshop, intending to meet individuals who can significantly influence and reshape my thought process. What actions are you taking? #KnowledgeIsPower #Innovation #Patience #ProfessionalGrowth #process

Just finished reading "A Minute to Think: Reclaim Creativity, Conquer Busyness, and Do Your Best Work" by Juliet Funt! In a world where being busy is often mistaken for being productive, this book offers a refreshing take on the importance of creating space to think, innovate, and truly excel. The key takeaway? It's not about doing more—it's about making time to think, reflect, and bring out our best work. Highly recommend this for anyone looking to reclaim their creativity and focus on what really matters.

Great problems to tackle usually start with “You know what sucks?…” Recommending a great book: Ideaflow the Only Business Metric That Matters by Jeremy Utley. It’s what I’m 📖. ✏️Carry a notebook with you- you never know when inspiration may strike. Write ideas down without judgement. 🧠The problem with brainstorming is that we stop too soon. The first attractive idea is not where you stop. Five ideas are not good enough. Not fifty either. Keep going. Think hundreds! Brainstorming is not done in one session. Let the ideas stew, grow, spin off. 🔎Dare to be obvious. We forget step one. We make things more difficult. We overlook. Think like a novice. 🎯Desirability over feasibility first 🎯Momentum over perfection 🔬Analogous exploration- who has solved “the issue you are having” successfully? Look outside your field. For example, I might look at retail over other libraries to see how they have attracted customers. #bookrecommendation #problemsolving
