Strength training PART:12. The rollout of glutes, calves, and hamstrings. I spend a lot of time teaching the rollout because it is an essential part of strength training. You will not keep up your strength training routine very long if your muscles are always sore. Rollers are not expensive, and I encourage you to buy your own to do this at home even if you don't go to the gym. Start with a smooth foam roller and work up to this hard rubber waffle roller. #fitafter50 #strengthtrainingover50 #rollout
