One defining moment in my career as a Customer support rep/VA was when I received a heartfelt feedback from a client during my early days in customer support. They told me how much they loved my patience, empathy, and ability to truly listen. That feedback changed everything for me. It was more than just a compliment, it made me realize that I was really invested in problem-solving.
