The TEC Action Alliance has launched a groundbreaking action paper this week and we love the sentiment "Implementing TEC so we can all live gloriously ordinary lives."   We are proud supporters of this paper which explores how tech can be better understood and implemented in the future so that people get what they need from technology-enabled care (TEC).   Our mantra is that tech will never replace the human touch but it can do so much to support people to live independent lives. This report marks a pivotal step towards that future, advocating for a shift in how digital care is perceived, developed, and delivered. The research behind the report, which involved examining over 100 sources and conducting nearly 50 interviews and focus groups, has successfully identified nine crucial elements people value in TEC.
