Hi, I want to share my previous project. this is about effect of loyalty promo on Northern Lights Air (NLA), an fictitious airline based in Canada. NLA ran a promotion between Feb - Apr 2018. from my analysis promo managed to increase the number of member on timeline promotion and the increased of sold product in year 2018. but the increased of sold product didn't happend on timeline promotion but on may till july 2018 when there are summer break. the number of sold product managed to increase till 27% compared to previous year.

Small Gestures Make a Big Difference ✨ I had an interaction that left a lasting impression on me. It was 24-Sep, after office I booked a Rapido around 6:44. The rider, Pankaj, arrived on time and politely called, "Sir, I've arrived." I asked him to wait for 5 minutes as I finished up, and when I finally got to him, I apologized for the delay. With a smile, he said, "Are sir, ye sab hota rehta hai, koi baat nahi". His positive attitude caught me, and I couldn't help but smile too. Once we reached my destination, I decided to offer him a cup of tea as a token of appreciation for his kind gesture. Initially, Pankaj was surprised and hesitated. Again I said "Bhaiya ajao chay peete hai sath mein,". He smiled back and shared that this was the first time that a customer had offered him tea. We got talking, and Pankaj shared his story: just three months ago, he lost his job as an office boy after an argument with his boss. He was the sole breadwinner of his family, and after losing his job, he turned to Rapido Rider as a means of supporting them. That small cup of tea turned into a meaningful moment, for both of us. In that brief interaction, I saw resilience, humility, and the power of a simple act of kindness. 💡 Sometimes, it's these unplanned, small gestures that can make someone's day. A little humanity goes a long way in our fast-paced world. Let’s not forget that behind every interaction, there’s a story. This week, I was reminded that no effort is ever wasted, even when it feels like no one is watching or appreciating what you do. Keep pushing forward because, eventually, it all pays off. It will be great to be back at the Passenger Terminal EXPO & CONFERENCE ✈️ this week in Frankfurt. I’m really looking forward seeing everyone and especially to co-chairing the Customer Service and Employee Experience tracks with the brilliant Claire Donnellan, MBA, GAICD, IAP. I will be speaking too so will share insights from my recent research that helps make the case for Customer Experience Management and understand where the opportunities lie, including – - quantifying how much more passengers are willing to spend at an airport if it’s a good experience - and how much less they would spend if they have a bad time - what is it that airlines do that make them a favourite – or one to avoid at all costs? - if a delay or cancellation is handled well, what impact does that have on future loyalty and advocacy – and if it’s handled badly but the flight gets away in the end, does it really matter? (spoiler alert, yes it does!). Over the three days we have the luxury of richly insightful speakers and panellists who will share their thoughts, lessons and successes over a range of relevant topics from Accessibility and data to trends and technology. The sessions will be full of practical ways to ensure the right experiences for passengers and colleagues lead to better commercial and strategic outcomes.
