Corporate-startup pilots are not all handshakes and smiles. There are plenty of hurdles along the way from cultural differences to different operating speeds. Last week, during TechChill, our Head of Startup Programs Aris Brencis  sat down with Andris Vedigs (Innovation Lead Rimi Baltic Group) and Khuldoon Bukhari (CEO and Founder at envelope) to talk about their experience in bringing a pilot to life, the challenges they encountered, and tips to other startups and corporations. 💡 One client, different customers, and different needs: "When you start working with a client, it seems like there is only one customer, but inside the company, there are four or five different customers, and you need to satisfy them all. So, it is important to prioritise," says Khuldom Bukhari. 💡 No internal champion, no results: “It is a commitment on the company's side to have a real end-user in the business who is ready to lead the pilot and drive the results, so the project doesn't fall through the cracks” shares Andris Vedigs. #openinnovation #techchill #pilots
