The era of GAI towards AGI is becoming as our journey to the reinvention in business for either companies or individuals nowadays. Why to need the reinvention? For instance, here is an example of my brainstorming within the interactions continuously with GenAI tool - recorded as a pdf file of 76 pages for such an interesting theme: "Elderly Independent Living Support & Assessment" When treating the interactions with GenAI, as either a training or a brainstorming, it could be less struggled on the way to learn and satisfy whatever as 60% - 80% of the contents if somehow useful at the end. Much less struggling in this way? It is the ratio in a training / brainstorming as good enough because we know not possible for all as "right" and applicable later into our professional practices - not feasible for 100% anyway ... Anything new and much better? GenAI could change the amount and the speed in the interactions so amazingly - as this case in ways that were previously unimaginable. How about the quality worth to us as 60% - 80% of the contents if somehow useful at the end? Possible to share and check the facts happened? 👇 Here is the record of my brainstorming as 10% towards 10X as "efforts vs effects" under GenAI's help if in comparison with our "normal" way traditionally done in any of the past (also without the comments to influence the readers for own verification): 😉 #learningisfun #GenAI #BrainStorming #AgeTech

My mind was blown.... in a bad way Not by the model's performance, but by the number of "experts" who immediately tested it by asking it to complete basic tasks. 🙄 The o1-preview model (and reasoning models in general) is exciting because of the potential applications inside of more complex workflows. This model offers more transparency into its thought process and, so far, provides useful and detailed responses — if you know how to use it. I wrote up a little primer on how to approach using this model alongside your other favorite AI tools and tasks, and broke out a few specific use cases for #product teams. (Link in comments) My personal favorite use cases so far: 💩 Bullshit test - Ask it to poke holes in your own logic/reasoning. ✅ Prioritization - Give it the potential options you are considering and ask it to prioritize them by impact based on a specific goal or metric. 😡 Get ahead of the skeptics - Give it your PRD, GTM plan, or whatever else you are working on and ask it to come up with a list of concerns, objections, and hesitations it's likely to receive from the audience you are sharing it with.

🚀 My 30-Day Learning Challenge 🚀 #Day 8: Manage Your Talk Time I love cold calling. It's not easy, but when I do it, I rock it! While I wasn’t always able to manage my talk time perfectly on every call, I made sure my leads were speaking more than I was. That's what a good SDR does. Today, I learned that top SDRs speak only 20-30% of the time during their calls. It’s not easy to achieve, but with training, you can make it happen! If you want to manage your talking time on video calls, check out Fathom - AI Meeting Assistant! It transcribes, summarizes, and highlights key moments in real-time, helping you stay focused and save time.

From #unhurriedconversations to #noagendaconversations... are either of these types of conversations something you make time for? That's my next experiment. If you want, I would love for you to join me. My coach has challenged me to embark on a journey—30 no-agenda conversations in 30 days. I am currently in a transition and decided I wanted to focus on deeper reflection and learn from others. More specifically, about the evolving landscape of learning and development (L&D) in our age of AI. I am a big believer in #collectiveintelligence and hearing as many voices as possible to allow for the greater dynamic to surface. I’m particularly curious about the challenges and opportunities we face in L&D: • Is it about embracing automation? • Enabling managers in a remote-first world? • Leveraging AI to better support individuals and organizations? • Or is it something else entirely that we haven’t fully explored? I’ve already signed up for Pro ChatGPT and have begun experimenting, thinking about how these 30 (or maybe 60!) conversations could make the biggest impact. I’m looking forward to connecting with those who share insights, ideas, or even questions about how we can better support individuals, teams, and companies through these changing times. If you are open to a no-agenda conversation - DM me. I can't wait to hear what you think! #conversation #noselling #curiosity #sharing #collaboration #learning #unlearning #adaptability
