Remember, what you put into your septic system will greatly impact its ability to operate. The biggest thing to remember is to not dispose of anything in your system that can be just as easily put into the trashcan.

Pinching sensation in your hip when you squat? Thanks to our movement analysis in our previous video we were able to identify that the "pinching feeling" was coming from a lack of hip flexion, which was also preventing squat depth. Here's how we fixed it. Comment "hip flexion" below and we'll DM you a link to a free short course on how to improve your hip flexion too! #onlinelearning#educationonline#elearningjourney#s killbuilding#digitaleducation#selfimprovement#online course#knowledgeispower#virtualclassroom

There are many things that are not chinuch related but need to be dealt with. For example I had a client whose 2-year-old would play with the window shade in a way that it could potentially break. This is not something that the child needs to be trained in. It is not a characteristic which he needs to learn how to maximize for when he gets older. He doesn't even know what he is doing! On the other hand there is no reason for your window shades to get broken at the inadvertent will of a 2-year-old! So distract him. Get him busy with something else. There is no need to say "WE DON'T PLAY WITH WINDOW SHADES!!" Just divert his attention without him ever knowing why! It is very important to recognize this difference, what are some examples that you have seen?

Knowing where to begin is the hardest part of repurposing a room, especially if your deadline for having the room ready to use! This month I'm offering some tips to help you "get 'er done!" Step #1 is DECLUTTER! Try not to get bogged down over fine sorting at this point in the process -- if it goes in another room, move it and sort later. https://wix.to/OaOpNAU

The 333 technique is a really helpful way of creating a greater sense of calm when the moment can feel a bit much. Look around you and simply identify 3 objects, then 3 sounds, and then move 3 body parts. It is easy to do, and the great thing is that no one need know you are doing it if you don't want. Ok, the body parts one can be a little trickier, but focusing on wiggling our toes, our fingers and our pupils from side to side can really help. Give it a try, do you find it helps to move quickly or slowly? What did you notice or hear that you might not have done otherwise? We are all different, give it a go and find out. Let me know in the comments which works for you :-)
