Millions of older adults are unable to afford the care needed to age well in their own homes. Ideas proposed today by VP Kamala Harris could help older adults—and their caregivers—ensure they receive the care they need in the setting they want. This is especially important for the millions of low- and middle-income older adults who cannot afford long-term care on their own, but currently don't qualify for government help.
