🦌 To finalise the #Rudolph series about what we can do for your #3Dprinting project : MaterialsXpertises first instrument is in the 'grand finale'. 🦌 🌟 Our lab started with this MCR 301 #rheometer (and we take good care of it) in 2016. 🌟 Even though it is already of a certain age, it is of such high quality that it is still functioning very well and passes all controls, calibrations and validations. 🌟 And, not to forget, it supports our other rheometer in busy times. The rheometer helps our customers gaining insight in their formulations, especially : 🎁 Viscosity behaviour 🎁 Yield stress 🎁 Thixotropy 🎁 Curing characteristics These are all important in understanding smoothening surfaces of the SLS printed parts, or adding certain functionalities. 👩🔬 The formulation needs to be able to 'fill the gaps', i.e. smoothen the surface roughness without starting to 'drip' and upon curing it is important that it proceeds in acceptable time without too much shrinkage.
