Whether it's shadowing a mentor, taking on a temporary project, or simply engaging in an informational interview, these opportunities provide invaluable insights into your field of interest. As Kevin Monahan from Notre Dame Career Center wisely suggests, these experiences not only offer a closer look at your target companies but also help shape your future path. It's essential to remember that no opportunity is too small. Even roles like a lifeguard or cashier come with lessons that can enhance your skills and strengthen your résumé.
