“𝙒𝙚𝙡𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝘾-𝙎𝙪𝙞𝙩𝙚, 𝘾𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙩𝙮.” In an era marked by increasing dynamism and complexity, creativity is becoming a crucial resource for #progress, #change, and, ultimately, organizational survival. Today, Germany's largest creativity study has been published. It sheds light on the various functions and facets of #creativity in modern organizations. The study was developed over the past few months in collaboration with Creative Hive, Kienbaum Institut @ ISM für Leadership & Transformation GmbH, INNOFACT AG, human unlimited, Publicis Groupe Germany and MetaDesign Berlin. Our talented creative team was responsible for the study’s visual #design. 🎙️Around thirty board members, founders, owners, artists, designers, innovators and CEOs of companies, responsible creative directors and agencies were interviewed as part of the study. Also our Global CEO, Daniel E. F. Leyser, was one of the participants who contributed and was asked for his expert opinion on this topic. 💡One of many insights: Creativity is not just an individual skill – it emerges in the interaction of teams and communities. This requires a whole new understanding of #leadership, based on #collaboration, #empathy and #emotionalintelligence, and, because of its relevance, board level accountability. 🙌 We are very excited to share this wonderful project with the world today and would like to thank everyone who helped bring this study to life! 🔗 Have a look and 𝙙𝙤𝙬𝙣𝙡𝙤𝙖𝙙 the study (German language) by following the link in the comments.
