Let's stop overthinking mindfulness! Can just a few minutes really change your day? The answer is YES! Here’s what I’ve learned: Mindfulness isn’t complicated. It can be as simple as taking five minutes to breathe deeply and focus on the present. A quick practice can reset your mindset. Even on the busiest days, those few moments can help you regain clarity and calm. I’ve seen it with my clients. One client felt overwhelmed with work. I suggested a short daily mindfulness break. After just one week, she reported feeling more focused and less stressed. Here’s my approach to mindfulness: Start with just one minute of deep breathing. Close your eyes and breathe in slowly through your nose, then out through your mouth. Repeat this a few times and notice how you feel. It’s amazing what a little mindfulness can do!
