It’s a successful business model like McDonalds. Like McDonalds is more of a real estate company that sells fast food the Frasers Group could be seen in the future as a real estate company that helps sell products. If the fast food industry fails or the bricks and mortar retail side fails these two business’ have an abundance of property it can rent out or sell. Very clever.
