We are woven energy. Thoughts, beliefs, fears, emotions, behaviours. It’s all energy. Plaited together like a rope into fixed habits of being. Our energy gets stuck in the same rehearsed ways, the rope gets tighter every day through the same patterns. But Your breath is energy And Your breath shifts energy. It can unravel the rope, the way the energy of your thoughts, emotions and behaviours weave together. The breath unravels the energy so you can up-cycle it and plait it together in a new way. A way that aligns with who you are now, and who you are becoming. To become that new version of yourself, you must first loosen the tight ropes of energy that hold you in the past.
