Excited to involve the whole Society in this week of focused celebration, increased conversation and considerations for further improvement. Today we are hosting an internal session considering the future of service and the benefits and impact of AI on service delivery. Service is the differentiator (positive and negative,) between organisations, and keeping a view on the future demands and needs of our customers and how to deliver to meet those is key. If you haven’t been involved before I recommend visiting the Institute of Customer Service and considering how they can help provide insight and support. #NCSW2024
