Many times you'll see an entrepreneur take the stance of, “I'm going to grind it out.” But why are they in that situation? They didn't set a fundamental foundation for their business. They didn't do the work up front. I think that's the difference between a good entrepreneur and a bad entrepreneur. You know the type: Founders who are on fire, running a shit show, all because they didn’t do the right things (or make hard decisions) early on.
