Last week, we attended ARRtist in Berlin and brought back a lot for MEETOVO. It wasn’t just about the usual customer acquisition hacks. 2025 is just around the corner, and the software market is moving fast: 🤖 Product improvements through AI – By 2025, AI will be the standard. If you’re not using it yet, you’re already behind. It’s not just about efficiency, it’s about creating real innovation. 🌍 Buying behavior across markets – The differences between DACH and other regions are becoming more obvious. What works in Europe might not fly in the US or Asia. This will be even more important in 2025. 💸 Pricing: Self-Service vs. Enterprise – Flexibility is key for SaaS companies. Customers want simple solutions, but big companies need tailored services. The challenge of balancing both is here to stay. My personal highlight: The roundtables were invaluable. It was great to ask specific questions and get honest feedback. There’s nothing better than connecting with other founders who face the same challenges or are ahead of you. What do you think? 🌟 Celebrating Success and Looking Ahead: #TechMatters 🌟 Yesterday, during our Germany team’s end-of-year meeting, we celebrated many individual and collective successes, including several well-deserved promotions. It was an inspiring moment, highlighting the incredible achievements of our colleagues and the strength of our team as a whole. 🎉 Amid the celebrations, my new colleague Christoph Berning shared a simple but powerful hashtag he had sketched on paper: #TechMatters. It resonated deeply with me, especially as I reflected on AlixPartners’ claim, “When it really matters.” Technology has become more than just an enabler—it is at the heart of what drives meaningful impact today. 💡 This reminded me of two visionary statements that have shaped how we think about technology in business: ➡️ Jeff Bezos, during the early rise of cloud computing and the birth of AWS, introduced a bold "API mandate" at Amazon. He required all teams to expose their data and functionality through service-oriented interfaces, effectively transforming Amazon into a technology-driven platform. This step laid the groundwork for AWS and set a precedent for how businesses can scale and innovate by thinking like a technology company. ➡️ Satya Nadella, Microsoft’s CEO, echoed this sentiment years later, stating: "Every company is a software company. You have to start thinking and operating like a digital company." Under his leadership, Microsoft has championed digital transformation, empowering organizations across industries to innovate and thrive in a software-driven world. Both leaders understood that the future of business is intricately tied to the ability to leverage technology effectively. 🚀 Looking ahead: As we step into a new era of LLMs, AI agents, and AGI, the importance of technology becomes even more profound. The rise of generative AI and autonomous agents is redefining how companies operate, innovate, and compete. It’s clear that staying ahead will require not only adopting these technologies but integrating them thoughtfully into business strategies. Today has been an opportunity for me to reflect on the amazing things I was able to be a part of in 2024 - thanks to CoAuthor.studio, here is my #LinkedinRewind 2024 taught me that the most powerful innovations happen when you combine relentless curiosity with genuine empathy for your customers. When we started transforming Jeanie, our virtual assistant, we didn't just want to build another tech solution. We wanted to create something that truly understood and served our customers. Key moments that shaped my year: • Product Innovation Recognition: Our 18-month journey with Jeanie showed me that pushing boundaries isn't about flashy features, but about solving real customer problems.
