✨ It is with great pride that I announce our paper titled “𝑯𝒐𝒘 𝑨𝒓𝒕𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒊𝒈𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒊𝒔 𝑺𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑭𝒖𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝒐𝒇 𝑶𝒓𝒈𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒛𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑨𝒓𝒄𝒉𝒊𝒕𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑶𝒓𝒈𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒛𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝑭𝒓𝒂𝒎𝒆𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒌𝒔” has been accepted at the 8th Conference on Advances in Organizational Architecture of Iran. This research is an effort to address one of the most important questions of our time: How can 𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 redesign organizational processes and prepare organizations for a smarter future? In this paper, we analyze the role of AI-driven technologies in strengthening organizational structures, optimizing processes, and predicting future needs. This study demonstrates how the unique capabilities of artificial intelligence can be harnessed to transform 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞. This achievement is the result of collaborative efforts and the invaluable contributions of outstanding individuals who have supported me throughout this journey. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Toktam Khatibi , my esteemed and compassionate supervisor, whose knowledge and guidance paved the way for this research, and to Fatemeh Salehi my dedicated colleague, whose unwavering commitment and perseverance were instrumental in every phase of this project. For me and our research team, this paper is not just a scientific achievement, but an opportunity to outline new perspectives on the convergence of technology and organizations. We hope this small effort can spark future research in this field and open the door to innovative ideas in the world of organizations.

Join us at European Workshop on Software Ecosystems (EWSECO) Just leardned that Dr. Christian Dremel from CARIAD will talk about: "Smart service ecosystems" whicht becomes more & more crucial in the automtive world. As manufacturing firms increasingly integrate digital technologies into their physical products, they are becoming key players in the development of smart products and services. This shift brings new challenges from competitors, particularly in software, and evolving business relationships. Our study, based on 47 interviews across four companies in a smart service ecosystem, explores the emergence of these ecosystems through an affordance-theoretic lens. We identify three key socio-technical factors: a shared worldview, structural flexibility, and active participation. The research highlights opportunities for future study and offers practical insights for manufacturing firms navigating this space. ResearchGate “Quantum Organizational Field: Unveiling Semco's Dynamics” This article explores the application of the Quantum Field Theory (QFT) framework to organizational dynamics, using Semco, a company renowned for its radical management practices, as an object of investigation. The primary research question investigates how QFT can be employed to understand and enhance organizational behavior. Through a comprehensive methodology that combines secondary data analysis and qualitative thematic coding, the study integrates key organizational fields-strategy, structure, culture, and management systems-alongside agents' conduct and main intervening forces into a flat, dynamic and relational approach: the Quantum Organizational Field (QOF). The analysis demonstrates that the QOF approach effectively elucidates the behavior of Semco's organizational fields, revealing how they align coherently and stabilize its organizational dynamics. Therefore, this article contributes to the field by offering both a theoretical and practical perspective that bridges the principles of theoretical physics with organizational theory, thereby illuminating contemporary organizational dynamics. https://lnkd.in/d77A9jmw
