It’s easy to get swept away in December – whether it’s a hectic swirl of activity and preparations for the holidays, or perhaps the converse is true, with the dark and long nights, we might experience feelings of loneliness, or overwhelm. Mindfulness can help us to stay grounded as our minds and bodies experience the continual shift of emotions that pass through us at this time of year. Our December mindfulness calendar offers a supportive prompt each day, inviting us to connect with what’s actually here, in this moment. Through the senses we can become present in the moment and open our awareness to the wonders of the world around us.
