Take 2 minutes, just 2. Read the listed not-to-haves. I'm stressing this because 80% of people don't understand the simple secret to success. Let me tell you that: Make the right conscious choices. Day in, day out. (SPELL) I get it, We're human, YES! And we feel a range of emotions naturally ( which is actually affirmative!) And these feeling shapes our journey. IT'S TRUE! But these draining negatives, they're different. They leave us: -> Drained -> Hopeless -> Perplexed -> Suppressing all our helpful emotions You might not notice it now, But long-term, they hinder your progress. So, I'd say, let them rest. To help them rest: ↳ Stick to your goals ↳ Practice gratitude daily. ↳ Reflect on your progress often. ↳ Surround yourself with supportive people. ↳ Take care of yourself: physically, mentally, emotionally.
