We have plenty to figure out but we know this can big based on the success we've seen from the likes of Flexport, Sonos, Inc., & BODYARMOR Sports Nutrition. To keep the momentum, we need to add 2 really gifted account executives this quarter. But this role isn't for everybody. When I think about the best performers at Parabola, two things come to mind... 1. They sweat the details and expect others to do the same. It's not surprising that some were bankers, coaches, and accountants before thriving here. 2. They are mission driven. They get excited about empowering non-technical teams and know they can't add value unless they are experts on the product. No bad deals, no upset customers and they sell the way they'd want to buy (s/o David Priemer). FWIW, partnering with Alex Yaseen, Andrew Udell, Dylan Weaknecht, Ben Pollack, Aidan Lenihan and Kathryn DeLillio makes it incredibly fun.
