Knowledge: foundation of the past, beacon for the future   Everything we do, everything around us, is a product of knowledge. What are the books that surround us for, the books we have studied and will study? They allow us to access our history, the knowledge, experiences, and memories of those who came before us, in an attempt to improve ourselves. From the mistakes of the past, we must draw useful lessons to avoid repeating wrong paths and to identify the beacon that can lead us to a safe harbor. Let’s then ask ourselves a question: why has humanity understood the value of knowledge, as evidenced by important libraries, books, documents, and treaties, yet our organizations have not yet perceived this value? Try entering a company, large or small, and asking to see their library - my apologies to the virtuous companies. What will they answer? They will surely think you are a Martian, asking for things that do not exist, that have not yet been invented. Do we think that all the knowledge useful to an organization is now coded in a digital format and imprisoned in the hard disks of some mega-computer? Yes, technology gives us this possibility, but practice is the enemy of common sense; this should inspire us to carefully evaluate our strategies. We are too fast, organizations are too fast, in changes, in decision-making processes, in the daily management of activities. Where will this poor appreciation of knowledge lead us? It will lead us to repeat our mistakes, to root erroneous behaviors, it will not allow us to improve: in short, we will waste our time. This is the most dramatic aspect of modern times. We could be in a mechanism of continuous improvement, but the gears, if not oiled by knowledge, will only slow down our progress. Why does this happen? Because we must have everything immediately. We don't have time to invest in our future, we need immediate answers, we must make instant decisions. "Your can create a course within 48hrs" And that was the moment I switched off. let me explain... The other day, I got a DM from someone in the course creation space. They wanted to know more about my packages, "Can you send me some PDFs with the details?" . Cool, right? Not really, I always want to know who I’m connecting with. So I asked, "Tell me more about you and what you're about." They sent me a link to their webinar. I clicked it… watched for about 60 seconds… and nope. ✋ It was an immediate this-doesn’t-align-with-me moment. The first few lines? "You can create your first course in 48 hours." And that’s when I mentally checked out! See, here’s the thing.... I don’t just create courses with my clients. I help them build their entire blueprint - their unique - methodology, -their signature framework. The real gold dust that makes their work transformational. This isn't a quick-and-done job. It takes time. And for good reason. ✨ First, we need to unearth their warrior story.. what makes them profitable, what sets them apart, their zone of genius. ✨ Then, we dive deep into market research. Not just the basic Google or AI searches etc (that's secondary research).
