Chapter 11: Avoid wallpaper at all costs. This hit me good in Steven Bartlett's new book. Avoid overused terms, be specific and be different. The worst thing you can do is blend in like wallpaper. Ryan Mitchell goes on about it. In the agency world, everyone says the same thing — that “discovery” session ends up looking a lot like a rinse and repeat exercise. How can you believe anyone?
