Through a guided breathing exercise displayed on the iconic tower, we reminded everyone that mental fitness begins with small moments of care, reflection, and connection. I was doomed to be a people pleaser. A rescuer/fixer, until… I broke free from this curse. There are no magic pills to fix it. Any spiritual bypass will make it worse. So how did I go from being broken to being whole? By creating the opposite!
