📢6-Month Performance of Dorsal Root Ganglion Stimulator in Highly Active Patient: Insights on Lead Changes. 👉 Pearls: • Revising DRG leads can pose challenges. • Lead migration presents a significant issue. • Active patients are particularly susceptible to lead migration. • I recommend serial image confirmations before granting full activity clearance. • Note: The lower lead no longer has a superior loop. can you share implant photos?

Although the lower leads has lost it's superior loop, placement still looks textbook with the second and third electrode extending into the NF. Hopefully, it will scar down and stay in place. Will be interested in 12 month studies.

Really interesting to see how you handle lead changes, Robert Moghim, M.D. The idea of regular imaging before letting patients fully dive back into activities makes a lot of sense. Awesome work by your team!
