Here’s how executive coaches use fear in their email campaigns. Firstly, do you know instils fear? Most of the time, your reader's no.1 fear is failing their business. How can this increase your conversions and get you more clients? Use email campaigns to build authority with your readers, AKA: Let them know you’re that guy when it comes to executive coaching And show them why an executive coach is what need if they want to avoid failing their business. Paint a picture, be specific, for example: Mentioning things like firing the staff, shutting the place down, etc. Use imagery to create a sense of reality in your email, rather than just another executive coach. #executivecoach #executivecoaching #businesscoach #businesscoaching #emailcopywriting #emailcopywriter #emailmarketing #emailmarketer

Did you know how executive coaches gain trust in their email campaigns? Give me 45 seconds to fill you in... We both know that nobody is willing to buy from someone they don't trust. "How can I gain trust by just sending emails?" Don't overthink this, it's simpler than you think. To gain trust, show: * Testimonials * Before and after (of people in the reader's position) * Show you know what you're talking about Once you've gained some trust, you'll see an increase in conversions by 10-20% each month #emailcopywriter #emailcopywriting #emailmarketing #emailmarketer #businesscoach #businesscoaching #executivecoach #executivecoaching

There are two types of executive coaches. If you know the second type is better, consider this: The first type makes clients think, "Why am I even listening to this person?" If you realize the second coach is better, here's a thought: Do your clients feel the same way about you? You might say, "How? I don't talk like that!" True, but if your email campaigns sound like this: "Struggling in business? You're in luck! Join my program today!" Then you're invoking the same dreadful thought: "Why am I even listening to this person?" That's why your hard-won readers ignore your messages and unsubscribe. "But I need to promote my program! How else will I get sales?" Here's how: 1. Get to know your readers well enough to see them as people. 2. Segment them into groups with different goals and struggles. 3. Build authority, credibility, and trust before going for the sale. There's much more to it, but that's the best way to summarize it. I’ve been there. Here’s what I learned: Avoid: ✖ Overloading your email with too many links. ✖ Using vague or confusing CTA buttons. ✖ Writing copy that’s too long or boring. ✖ Sounding too salesy or desperate. Instead: ✔ Use 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐂𝐓𝐀 that stands out. ✔ 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞 to make it relatable. ✔ Provide 𝐚 𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫 to build curiosity. ✔ Focus on 𝐛𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐟𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬. You shoot yourself in the foot by sending emails to your newsletter without going through a checklist. If you don't have a checklist, here's mine: 1. Know the goal of the email (build authority, generate sales, etc.) 2. Know which segment I'm sending this email to (executives, team leaders, etc.) 3. Ensure the goal matches with the segment 4. Double-check the recipients list 5. Double-check the grammar 6. Ensure it's mobile-friendly 7. Ensure the timing is perfect 8. Send a test email 9. Check the CTA links are right 10. Read it aloud one final time Use my checklist to ensure you don't make embarrassing mistakes, improve the quality of your emails, and keep consistent. #emailcopywriting #emailcopywriter #emailmarketer #emailmarketing #executivecoach #executivecoaching #businesscoach #businesscoaching
