Curious to learn more about what is happening in Shanghai? Both for business and for travel? If you are planning a trip, or just curious, check out this great new tool from the International Services Shanghai team. The Foreign Affairs Office of Shanghai (Shanghai Municipal People's Government) and their teams pulled together a great cross-depart team to create this resource. They also leveraged a group of over 50 International Experience Officers to help gain insights on what the city can do to help make it easier for business owners, entrepreneurs, international workers and visitors to navigate #Shanghai. Knowing that different groups have different needs, they divided the content to meet the needs of different groups coming to the city: ➡ Doing Business in Shanghai ➡ Working in Shanghai ➡ Studying in Shanghai ➡ Shopping in Shanghai ➡ Traveling in Shanghai It is super helpful as it has links to news, new policy information, processes you need to follow, healthcare services, business licenses, visas, where to visit and what is happening in our city. It is a digital intersection as vibrant as our city. 【PolyU welcomes the Development Outline for the Hong Kong Park of the Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Co-operation Zone】 #PolyU welcomes the #HKSAR Government’s announcement of the Development Outline for the #HongKongPark of the Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Co-operation Zone, believing that these initiatives lay a solid foundation for developing the Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Co-operation Zone (Hetao Co-operation Zone) into a world-class innovation and technology (I&T) hub, thereby fostering additional momentum for Hong Kong’s development into an international I&T centre and promoting the high-quality economic growth of the city. Prof. Jin-Guang TENG, PolyU President fully supported the #DevelopmentOutline and believed that it can help transform the Hetao Co-operation Zone into a crucial source of new quality productive forces for the country. The Outline delineates the development strategy for the Hong Kong Park, aiming to explore the trial implementation of innovative facilitation measures with respect to the flow of personnel, materials, capital and data between the Hong Kong Park and the Shenzhen Park. He highlighted that convenient and effective cross-boundary flow of innovation elements was essential for developing the Hetao Co-operation Zone into an international I&T hub for the Greater Bay Area (GBA).
