Together with Moreen Joseph, JC3 Co-Chair, we discussed SMEs' ESG readiness, sustainability strategies, and enhancing competitiveness. Key insights included #JC3, SME Focus Group (SFG) initiatives and resources on the JC3 ESG Jumpstart Portal. We explored what financial institutions look for in SMEs, steps to enhance access to sustainable financing, and existing financing opportunities like the Low Carbon Transition Facility and High Tech and Green Facility. The collaboration with BNM JC3 is a game-changer for SMEs in Malaysia. By leveraging the JC3 programme, SMEs can enhance their sustainability practices, ensure regulatory compliance, and access vital financial opportunities.
