As a sports fan, I have enjoyed following the summer Olympics in Paris - it's been a spectacle of sporting greatness and countless triumphs from past champions like Simone Biles to up-and-coming stars like Mai Murakami and others. I'm inspired by the athletes' resilience and achievements, despite personal setbacks along the way. And as a tech leader, this article caught my eye, “Paris Olympics 2024: A model for the future AI ecosystem”. So how are the two connected? For AI, as in athletics, the same theories apply; specialization, training and an unwavering commitment to improvement are necessary to make a meaningful impact. There’s no single all-encompassing solution to challenges. With #AI, by combining multiple specialized applications an organization can modernize, drive efficiency and see the tangible benefits of this technology. Similar to a nation’s team of Olympians — each specialized in their sport but with the same highly athletic core, working together to win those medals.
