Reflecting on how I started this journey, when I joined Vibe Technology 5 months back , Ebrahim Hawaz was confused. Despite having a great team and a vision to scale his business, there were no SOPs in place and no proper systems. To grow the business and increase our MRR, we needed big changes, right? So we took a deep dive into all of our departments and implemented workflow changes to streamline our approach. Fast forward to today, and here’s what we've accomplished: 1 - Increased our monthly revenue by 30%. 2 - Created strong teams and promoted five talented individuals to department heads: Ajmal Basil (Creative) , Niranjana Mohandas (Social Media), Swetha Sasikumar (Operations), Thoufeeque EK (SEO), and Muhammed Mukthar (Web Development). 3 - Expanded our team to maximum capacity. (30+ employees) 4 - Preparing to shift to our new office in two months. Solving our own and our clients problems was challenging, but the new direction we’re heading in will bring more challenges. Solving these challenges is worth it because the impact we can have on our clients businesses has always been our win. Earlier this year, she led a series of training sessions on sourcing, recruitment process stages, and tooling for her lovely TA team at her previous project. Sharing her expertise, seeing her colleagues learn and apply the knowledge, and making true connections with teammates was a rewarding experience.
